1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BullScans ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BullScans provides real-time and near-real-time stock momentum scanning tools for informational and educational purposes. The Service displays market data aggregated from third-party providers including Benzinga, Financial Modeling Prep, and Finnhub.

3. Not Financial Advice

BullScans does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All data, analysis, and AI-generated content provided through the Service is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• BullScans offers Free, Pro ($49/month), and Edge ($79/month) subscription plans
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account page; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute market data obtained through the Service
• Use the Service for automated trading systems without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass any rate limits or access controls
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Data Accuracy

Market data is provided by third-party services and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Free plan data may be delayed up to 15 minutes. BullScans makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of BullScans are the intellectual property of BullScans. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullScans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
